Collection & Delivery
At Budget Tegels, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible or prepare it for collection. Because we sell a wide range of products, including tiles, SPC, PVC, sanitary ware, accessories, adhesives, grouts, tools and other related products, delivery times may vary per product.
Delivery Time per Product
The expected delivery time is stated with the product on our website. This can vary per product. For example, delivery times of 1-3 business days, 2-5 business days, or 2-3 weeks. If you order multiple products with different delivery times, the total delivery time may depend on the product with the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.
We do our utmost to adhere to the stated delivery times. However, delivery times may in some cases be extended due to unforeseen busyness, delays from suppliers, transport problems, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. The stated delivery times are therefore always indicative.
Delivery by Appointment
For larger orders, pallet shipments, heavy products, or orders with special transport requirements, delivery may take place by appointment. In that case, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time, depending on availability and transport options.
Delivery Area
We deliver our products within the Netherlands, the Benelux, Germany, and in some cases beyond upon request. If you would like a delivery outside these areas, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary per order and depend, among other things, on the delivery address, the size of the order, the weight, the type of product, and the chosen delivery method.
- Standard shipping costs apply to regular orders.
- Adjusted rates may apply for larger or heavier orders, pallet shipments, or orders with special transport requirements.
- The exact shipping costs will always be shown during checkout or communicated in advance for custom work or special deliveries.
Our Delivery Service
We work with multiple transport companies throughout the Netherlands and beyond. Which transporter is used depends on the type of product, the size of the order, the delivery address, and the transport options. This allows us to find a suitable and as efficient as possible delivery for every order.
We generally deliver orders to the front door, ground floor, or to the threshold of the building, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For heavy or bulky products, please note that you will have to move the products yourself to the desired room.
If delivery to an upper floor is desired, this is only possible if the situation permits and has been agreed upon in advance. Any additional costs for this may be charged to the customer.
Not Home for Delivery
It is important that someone is present at the agreed delivery time to receive the order.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, if delivery cannot take place, or if the order cannot be delivered for any other reason due to circumstances on the customer's side, additional transport, transit, storage, or re-delivery costs may be charged. These additional costs will be passed on to the customer.
Inspection upon Receipt
We recommend that you carefully check your order immediately upon receipt for visible damage, breakage, shortages, quantities, and any visible deviations.
Any visible damage or breakage must be reported to us in writing no later than 48 hours after receipt, preferably with clear photos and a brief description of the problem.
Always inspect products before processing, assembly, or use. Processed or assembled products cannot be claimed for visible or pre-inspectable deviations.
Track & Trace
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace or additional delivery information where possible. In some cases, for example, with larger shipments or delivery by appointment, you will receive delivery information in another way, such as by email or phone.

We kindly ask you to always contact us in advance to schedule a collection time, so we can check if your order is completely ready.
All products from our assortment can in principle be collected from our warehouse. However, this depends on the delivery time of the product concerned. The expected delivery time is stated with the product. Only once the product has arrived and is ready for collection, can it be picked up.
Important for Collection
When collecting, you are responsible for suitable transport, sufficient load capacity, correct loading, and secure fastening of the products.
For legal and safety reasons, we do not load the products into your vehicle or trailer ourselves. We do this to prevent products from being loaded irresponsibly or unsafely in terms of weight, distribution, or transport method. We want to prevent Budget Tegels from being held liable if an incident occurs during or after loading.
We can prepare products for you at the agreed collection location. From the moment the products are made available to you or taken by you, the risk lies with the customer.
Please Note Delivery Times
Although we do our utmost to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe or prepare them for collection, delivery times may differ due to unforeseen circumstances such as busy periods, delays in supply, external transport problems, weather conditions, public holidays, or other situations beyond our control.
Therefore, no firm rights can be derived from the stated delivery times. Naturally, we will try to inform you as soon as possible in case of a delay.
