At Budget Tegels, we believe it's important that you can check out securely, easily, and with confidence. That's why we use secure payment methods and a protected payment environment, so your order can be processed quickly and carefully.

At Budget Tegels, you can pay securely via Shopify Payments. Depending on your location, device, and selected payment method, the following payment options are available, among others:

• iDEAL
  For customers in the Netherlands.
• Credit Card
  Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Bancontact
  For customers in Belgium.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
  For fast and easy payments via mobile devices and supported browsers.

All available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. For payments made using these standard payment options, we do not charge any additional fees to the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We use Shopify Payments as our payment provider. This means that your payment details are processed directly through a secure payment environment of a professional and reputable payment partner.

Budget Tegels itself does not store full sensitive payment data, such as complete credit card details. This allows us to offer a secure and reliable payment experience.

Your security is our top priority. All data you enter during checkout is sent via a secure connection. This ensures that personal data and payment information are transmitted encrypted and protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

You can recognize a secure connection by, among other things:

• a web address starting with https://
• a padlock icon in your browser's address bar

We recommend that you only make payments via a secure internet connection and always check that you are on the correct website.

To protect your data and our webshop, we implement checks on orders and payments. In case of suspicious transactions, incorrect data, unusual payment attempts, or signs of potential misuse, we reserve the right to:

• conduct an additional check
• request additional verification
• temporarily hold an order
• refuse or cancel an order if security cannot be sufficiently established

These checks are intended to prevent fraud, misuse, and unauthorized transactions.

When an order is wholly or partially cancelled, revoked, or approved for return, the refund amount will be credited back via the same payment method used for the original payment, as far as technically possible.

The processing of refunds may take some time. In most cases, a refund is processed within 1 to 3 weeks. The final processing time may vary per payment method, bank, or payment provider.

If a return or cancellation needs to be checked first, for example, for fragile, heavy, or damage-prone products, the refund can only take place after the return has been received, assessed, and approved, to the extent permitted by law.
