We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Although we have very high delivery reliability, due to external factors, in incidental cases, a delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

- Check upon receipt: We advise you to check the order immediately upon arrival. This way, we can resolve any irregularities for you right away.

Important Guidelines for Transport & Safety
Our products are heavy. It is therefore very important that you come to our showroom with the correct transportation:
- Load capacity: It is your own responsibility to check whether your vehicle's load capacity is suitable for the total weight of the goods. Exceeding the load capacity can lead to damage to your vehicle or unsafe situations on the road.
- Liability: Budget Tegels cannot be held liable for any damage to the vehicle, person, or goods that occurs during or after loading. Although our staff is happy to help, this assistance is entirely at the customer's own risk.
- Advice for larger quantities: To guarantee a safe journey, we advise using a sturdy trailer or a delivery van for orders of 15m² or more.
Do you want to pick up your order? No problem! Select the 'Pick up' option during checkout, and we will ensure your order is ready for you at the agreed time.
Not all tiles are suitable for every application. Therefore, pay close attention to:
- Abrasion resistance (PEI value): For floors with heavy foot traffic, you need a higher PEI value. A minimum of 3 is recommended.
- Anti-slip value (R-value): For wet areas, a higher R-value (e.g., R10 or R11) is recommended.
- V-value (color variation): Indicates how many color nuances a tile has. V1 = little variation, V4 = high variation.
- Rectified or not: Rectified tiles have straight edges and can be laid with a narrower joint. For unrectified tiles, the opposite is true.
